My brother Frank (age 89 1/2 recently widowed) decided to return to his home state of Texas where he was lived majority of his life. He found a independent living facility in Granbury, TX and me, his youngest brother confirmed it would be a great place for him to live. Everything got in a big hurry when a first floor apartment became available which required him to make decision without delay to secure the desired first floor apartment. My wife and I traveled to Hernando to assist in helping him pack up what he would need in his new living quarters and and almost immediately his furniture and belongings he wanted to keep were packed and ready to go. Frank had contracted Diane Haskett to represent him in sale of his home and of course once his furniture was packed, he really had no choice but to ride with family member to Texas. That left the responsibility of someone to be available and take care of everything and many things that homeowner would take care of. Diane stepped up, got power of attorney, was present for loading of Frank's belongings, signed paperwork, then coordinated estate sale and gave constant updates to Frank and me. Diane set up everything that needed to be done including disposal of computers, internet modems, etc., and made all arrangement for cleaning of home, yard, etc in preparation of the estate sale and soon the sale of Frank's home. All of this was done via internet and have to say it went very smoothly for Frank and myself. As As Recent Widow, and partially handicapped, I was overwhelmed by trying to maintain my home which was on an acre of land and impossible for me to do any outside work. Long before my husband passed, I dreamed of living in the "the Oaks", but now I thought this dream was impossible. This was my fourth time working with Diane in 28 years. She is detailed, organized, experienced, and nothing gets by her. I had complete trust in her ability, and would highly recommend her services. I wouldn’t dream of trying to sell a house without professional help.

We met Diane at an open house in Hernando. We were searching listings online because we didn't think that we needed a realtor to sell or buy a house. After running around looking at houses, we met her at an open house and she offered to help us look in Hernando for new listings.
